Zana Gabor
Office Manager
Zana is Richy's mother. She manages the office including accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, scheduling, permits, and contract administration. In her free time, she enjoys decorating, cooking and reading.

Jay is the heart of our scheduling operations and the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Always kind, approachable, and incredibly helpful, Jay goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met with care and efficiency. Whether it's finding the perfect time slot or accommodating last-minute changes, Jay makes it all seem effortless—with a smile.

Jason is Richy's childhood friend and fishing buddy. He is an invaluable contributor to the growth of our business. He specializes in projects of all sizes, and has a knack for always getting the job done right. We couldn't ask for a better Operations Maanger II.

After decades of construction experience, Steve started our business here in Florida in 2004. He taught and passed down his old-fashioned values and craftsmanship to Richy, which continue to define our business culture, vision and mission. In his free time, Steve enjoys fishing, outdoor cooking, and spending time with the family.
